Fasteners

Just a little wip/screenshot while trying to make the tattoos on back coherent with what they look on the face...ain't easy ^^'. And, anyway, wanted to show you the fasteners of the "suit". Quite proud of this idea, didn't have thought a lot about it when I did it from face... would have been tricky without the cybernetics ^^'...

Will share soon on the site lineart and flat colors (+locals airbrushed colours) which are steps ...

Kingslayer 1.2

Go check out on the site the 8 versions of that revamped Kingslayer, with the tattoos more easy to be seen. Added a photo as background which fit pretty well imo.

2.0 Almost finishing lineart

Just a little WIP again, I take my time a bit too much with it, even if a bit long to set, but the lineart is almost done. Here the half part of it.

I will maybe also in the next few days submit you a little poll, to see if I modify a bit how it's work on there. Well, I'm thoughtful currently.

Ass and pelvis, some thoughts

Just a little kind of tip I made for myself while working on the current commission

I found always that the pelvis area is something uneasy to draw well. To be done in a better way there I had to construct a bit a found that I always tend to correct and make things too symmetric which ruins the 3D feeling. That area that is often not seen when you draw the character with standing pose and a basic point of view, t have a depth ...

Digital coloring

Just for info, I was off all these last days because of a death in the family. It was my grand father, very old, he was someone very special for me and all the family. Was nice to meet all of them again, but quite emotionally charged. I'm back soon at my desk anyway, after still...

Running out of stock

I packed today some orders from Bigcartel, and I found that I'm running very low in the extra copies left from my last Kickstarter. Less than 10 copies for Silence 2 and less than 20 for Silence 1, only 2 postcard set, and a few copies of the free colours A4 print. And above this less than 10 supply for packaging left. That's nice, its mean that I was able to ship about 400 parcels, and I'm grateful for this support and interest!

Old works

Check out on the site these little drawings I did 5 or 6 years ago in 2 steps of production. I didn't shared until then, and I still very like them ^^. There is almost already all what I keep doing and searching. Cheers!

Sketch before inking

Getting back to work on this project. I had to restart from scratch because I thought that I will be able to draw the pose with the clothes directly, but there was too many issue with anatomy ^^'... Well, good lesson on drawing always "nude" body first to be sure the pose is correct/possible.
 I will start the lineart with ink soon if all goes well.

A little public post about some personal work done a while ago now, those on the discord server already know them, as I try to make there a kind of gallery of some past and selected works.
I settle there a lot of things for my style and universe that wasn't that clear before. So, these artworks are really an important point for me in my progression as an artist, and it was time to remove the dust on them ^^.

Lovebot/lovebox

Maybe you already stumbled on them but maybe not because it wasn't easy to post them on the web, and they were quite shot down everywhere. So I put them on the site with the original version of them without the digital colo. As I can't draw a lot these last days, I have something to share anyway ^^'!

Wasn't that easy to go back to it, but some progress there. Still a photography not a scan for now, so the quality and the real values are not totally good (and I don't speak about deformations) I noticed also that my other scanned pages I uploaded on the site wasn't straight black and white but have a kind of purple stuff. Back in time June 23

I have a limited internet connection in the new place we are living currently, but not this week, and so I took the opportunity to upload back a previous 2023 month on the site.

Nothing more to share really currently, I'm inking a new Silence 3 page, and started pencils on the 5 page of my side comic project. Hope to share more soon.
