So whilst the cookbook is in testing stages, mainly for the hunting/sign post add on, I can spend some time making some more recipes for each of the remaining ingredients.
I'd like there to be at least 1 recipe for each ingredient, so there's no 'pointless' ingredients on the first release. Once there's a decent amount and i'm 99% sure everything is functioning correctly I can release! yay!

plate colour??? - medieval cookbook
Hi everyone!
Just a little poll to do with plate colours. They are rather simple, going for the plain wooden look of peasant bowls/plates.

After lots of trial and error I finally got this feature to work! There's still a few rough edges to smooth out but hopefully I will get it functioning how I'd like!
Your sims can now make homemade butter as an ingredient for other recipes. Currently it is made using milk bought from the market.
I'd like to do other flavour variants using herbs as well.. but we'll see π

I thought I'd give you a sneak peak at the cooking process of one of the medieval cookbook recipes.
This is for a roasted pheasant meal.
I'm trying to make the process a lot more interesting with props that fit the 'theme' and are more detailed to the recipe.

So i've been working hard on the hunting part of the old cookbook. (sorry animals but my history sims needed this π’)

cafe food wip 1 - fast food counter
so after deciding to make separate counters I have mainly been focusing on the fast food counter option as it is the furthest in development. (it still has a long way to go but hopefully can start testing soon)
