woohoo... Here we go... This is really exciting... The Giant Heart Tree is finished  :-)  

This has been an epic map to draw... It is possible that I might have got a bit excited about it at the start and made it a lot bigger than I had originally planned, however, the result is quite grand, and hopefully worth visiting on one of your adventures.

Here we go... first attempt at a Post-Apocalyptic setting... Not quite fallen skyscrapers, as I am not sure I can fit them into a battlemap... we shall see.  for this one I was inspired by a photo of flood-waters running over a washed out road and figured that a stream, previously forced into a channel, may have broken its banks and is now flowing through the streets and building rubble, trying to find  where it used to run...

Now I think I am going to have a go at Tom Midgley's idea for a grand ballroom for next week's map, but 1st to figure out which building in Trinpari needs a ballroom  :-) 

Quick & Dirty Dungeon 1

I have had a bit of a big week this week... The house sit I was at for the last 2 months ended and I had to relocate half way down Australia.... about 1400km in 2 days.... to a friend who has a 'granny flat' I can hole up in for a while. Fortunately restrictions in Queensland are easing a bit now and essential travel over that distance is 'OK'. still a long exhausting drive though...

Trinpari 12 - Merchant's Guild (or School?) - 40x40

Hiya Everyone... This week's "Mystery Building" has been a bit of an epic operation... I tossed a coin and it came up Merchant's guild ... however, I ended up deciding to create an alternate room layout for the Navigator level Patrons... one that can be set up as a small school using many of the same assets. So this is 2 maps in one! ... I liked both ideas too much ;-)  

On the main map there is a Grand Hall with cozy nook...

Trinpari 11 - Burial Mound [30x30]

Deep in the forest, covered in a blanket of star shaped Simbelmynë flowers, disturbed only by the birds, lizards and the occasional homeless troll, sleeps an ancient burial place. 

Hope you are all having a reasonably good week.  I am wondering where the first half went to! Feel like I lost a day or two somewhere... Anyways, if you randomly stumble across a burial mound on your adventures, I hope this map will do the...

Trinpari 10 - Forest Clearing Campsite - 30x30

Trinpari 9- Sawmill [30x25]

Hey everyone, here is the sawmill to go with the sawmill owners villa from 2 weeks ago. It is a 2 level map (+ roof)... as I thought a bit of a loft area for mill worker accommodation might be a good idea - no kitchen though, as I figure they mostly eat at the owners house.  It is also an alternative route to the small mill shop on the other side of the mill race.
