Hello all, sorry for the radio silence for the past few weeks. I know its been awhile since the last page. I recently took a new position at work, with evening shifts that last 9 hours. I'm also taking new medication thats taken a lot of time to adjust to.

Hello,

recently I have been enduring a severe mental health crisis, and the time has come that I need to focus on recovery and a treatment plan. Several things have changed in my life and potential many more changes are in the future.
