SNEAK PEEK - Face expressions I drew for this month’s Real Time video ⛅️🎞

Hi everyone!

These two references had very similar amount of votes so I decided to draw and film both 🥰 Must admit - I love drawing expressions and enjoyed the process a lot!
First one is a bit more detailed because I wanted to show you the process of drawing hair and number two was more quick, with symbolic hair, as in most of my sketches ✏️

I’ll share the video soon 🤞🏼🍿

SNEAK PEEK - Portrait studies of elderly people 👵🏽👴🏾 + Update 📝

Hi Everyone!

Today I’d like to share with you the studies I made yesterday in a train 🚆 I went to Warsaw to meet with people from Patreon and other Polish Creators. We had a brunch together and talked about our passions 🥰 People do so many creative and amazing stuff, not necessarily related to drawing! There was one person, who writes and directs the audio fantasy dramas about queer pirates! 🏴‍☠...

SNEAK PEEK: Colored pencils studies 🛼

Hi everyone!

How are you? 😊

Today I finally could draw something for myself. I painted few studies with colored pencils. It’s a very pleasant change after working the whole week on less creative projects 😌 For the first time I used a graphite pencil to make the initial sketch. Before I thought it will make my sketches looking muddy or dirty but if you erase the graphite before adding colors, it works complet...

SNEAK PEEK: Watercolor portrait based on the photo chosen in the last Poll 🌱

Hi Everyone!

I hope you’re having a good beginning of the week ☀️

Today I wanna share with you a portrait painted only with watercolors (I usually add some gouache, ink or colored pencils). I’m happy how it turned out, I hope you like it too! I filmed the whole process so I’m gonna share the Real Time video soon 🎞 🍿

Have a lovely week! 🤗

ART GUIDE: Dos and Don'ts for Beginners - Part 2 - "Line drawing" 🥨

Hi everyone!

This is the second post from a series based on observations of my students' exercises on Domestika.

✍🏼 Remember that my comments and observations usually apply to people who are just starting their adventure with drawing. Therefore, I refer to these tendencies as "mistakes". Not because there is only one way to do art. It's just worth knowing the rules first in order to be ...
