The Golden Stone Mural

This is the mural displayed at the Golden Stone Temple where Elise became a seeker and met our lovely Oracle. In their world, temples are a common sight, though they each reign over a specific territory. Temples are named after the mural they display, each one depicting a part of the Oracles' history.

The Golden Stone Mural depicts the first oracle to make a bond with a seeker that benefits them both. More on that in the next ...

The Crimson Stone Mural

This is the mural displayed at the Crimson Stone Temple, where young Elise witnessed a seeker's funeral. In their world, temples are a common sight, though they each reign over a specific territory. Temples are named after the mural they display, each one depicting a part of the Oracles' history. The Crimson Stone Mural depicts the first oracle, that being the princess.

Fun Fact #2: Elise's name

Elise's name was supposed to be "Ava", a kind of play on the name "Eve" to show how she was tricked by the snake (Cassius) and then cast out of Paradise. But I didn't want her name to focus on that part of her story, so I changed it to "Elise" with the meaning "pledged to God", the God in question being the Oracle!

Small fun fact: the main character in one of my previous series is called "Elis" so I'm quite attached to that na...

I made this to be the series' thumbnail but I noticed that when seen from afar, it's hard to make out the shapes and I thought it might not catch the eye so I changed it to the current one! Still love it though 💖

Fun Fact #1

The oracle wears sunglasses because she's still getting used to the sun after spending so much time in "The Darkness"! Although it's called that, "The Darkness" is actually a pretty versatile place that allows for good living conditions, including light! Still, that light can't compare to the summer sun!

It was honestly very easy coming up with the oracle's design while Elise's took me quite a few sketches to decide on it. It was also hard for me to maintain Elise's design during the first few episodes of the comic!
