Here's a fully functional dollar store to fulfill all of your cheap sims needs! I already set up the lot as a retail lot with objects set for sale, so all you should have to do is place it in game and you can visit the lot with any sims to purchase items
If sims aren't able to buy anything, have a random sim buy the lot as a retail lot...
