Updates will resume Wednesday. I'll be doing short 1-3 panel updates that'll release every Mon/Wed/Fri afterwards henceforth. Collar d6 is gonna have to wait until I'm out of this rut, unfortunately, so I apologize to those of you who voted for it. For the time being I'll just be drawing short strips that focus on fetish and sexy stuff. To be fully transparent, I'm losing readers left and right and I have to put a focus on increasing...

Weekend Break

I appreciate the feedback and assurance that I won't lose all of y'all while I'm struggling with art block. As several of you have pointed out, I'm likely experiencing burnout. Between my poor mental health, ongoing insomnia and stress here at home, it's all been too much.

I'm going to take the weekend off, try and get some sleep, clear my head and start back at it again Monday, if that's alright with everyone. Thank you again...

It's been a long wait for Ced6 fans and I hope this storyline will be worth said wait! Next update will be the next page of mainline Collar6 and then I'll hold a poll to see what y'all want me to do, followed by another mainline C6, and I'll likely repeat this pattern for a while. Inks Late Tonight

Inks will be up late tonight. I'm running behind thanks to a nonstop seizure-thon on Monday (which I'm blaming on that geothermal storm thingie, cause those were some uncharacteristically strong ones. Anyone else here epileptic and have similar issues Monday?) so I'm running behind. So inks tonight, and the finished strip should still be on track for Friday. Sorry for the delay!

Collar(ed)6 II - #01 - Pencils

And we're back. Not the prettiest return, but ya gotta lay the groundwork for these things and I apologize the pencils aren't more spectacular in this case. That said, inks will be up Wednesday with the finished strip releasing Saturday. Sorry for the delay. After I went berserk and destroyed the original version of this strip ('cause I couldn't draw panel2 for shit) I had to start over from scratch. Which frankly, I'm glad happened. This version looks better than the one sitting in the dumpster outside right now.

This was supposed to be up yesterday morning, but I botched the third panel during inks so badly that I had to redo it entirely. And since I was panicked about missing the debut of my Mon/Wed/Fri schedule what should have been an easy re-draw turned into a screaming match between myself, my hands and the clock. Feh.

My current approach to making comics is not working. I've become too focused on making every strip as elaborate and polished as I can, and the expanded cast and narrative has become well beyond the sort of simple, 2-3 character joke strips I started this out with. I vastly underestimated how difficult of a job it was going to be to clean up the line art for this one. These crystals are a pain in my ass. Even line tool assistance didn't make this an easy process. Regardless, I'm hopeful it was worthwhile.

It took several pots of coffee and a lot of self-hatred but I powered through and overcame art block. Sorry as always for the gap in updates. Inks will probably take a couple of days for this one since there's a lot of clean up to do, so expect the inks early Wednesday and the finished coloured and texted strip on Friday. I'm struggling with art block, thus my silence. I didn't want to post until I had something to show, but as it's been like two weeks since my last update I feel like I need to explain myself. Wed/Fri Release Together This Week

Wednesday's 2-panel strip is going to have to go up alongside Friday's 2-panel strip as we're having a severe weather system moving through that's causing heavy wind, tornadoes, flooding and power outages. Not the kind of weather I expected in January. Sorry for the slight delay, I can't take credit for this one.
