Char Design Comm - Blue Arcanine!
A character design commissioned by RaytheBuck who wanted an Arcanine with colors/markings adapted from one of his VRChat avatars.
Referring to the last image in the photoset, we did change Grant's undercoat from beige to white.
I plan to draw him for Ray again in the future!
