As a Kyo fan, this episode is especially meaningful to me because we get to see how much brighter he becomes after Kazumaโs return and the incident with his true form. He seems so much happier and more at ease around Tohru. Also, when they mention locking him up, theyโre referring to the same way Kazumaโs grandfather (who was possessed by the cat spirit before Kyo) was locked in a cage, as weโve seen from his flashback. So of course Kazuma would feel especially protective of Kyo in that regard. Best father ever. As always, thank you for these amazing reactions. I had to pause my subscription for a while, but Iโm so happy to be back, Thursdays felt empty without your videos :)

The scene where he says โIโm sure sometimes you worry about your futureโ and she denies it then ends up crying sharing her feelings and worry with Kyo just goes to show that he sees right through her cheerful facade. She also tells him to pretend he doesnโt notice when sheโs deliberately ignoring her struggles so she doesnโt cry or go all weak on him. I love their bond so much
