2025-08-19 01:02:40 +0000 UTCTiss sensei (the teacher that took over for Rimuru when he stopped teaching the kids) actually never went with the kids to the festival in the manga, there was a whole conversation on why she didn't want to go with the kids. But for some reason the anime changed it to make it more sweet i guess. That's why the episode after the next they removed Tiss sensei from the picture by saying she "passed out from shock" almost like the kids from finding out Rimuru was the leader of tempest bc he never actually told them, so that Hinata could take care of the kids at the festival like she was originally suppose to in the manga, otherwise it wouldn't make sense to have Hinata take care of the kids if their teacher was with them the whole time. So by doing this they where able to keep everything the same while allowing Tiss to still be "with" the kids.
