If I'm being honest a lot of the normal audios (I can only say for Hawks, Kuroo, Kenma and similar voices cuz I haven't tried anyone else) help me fall asleep whether I listen to NSFW or comfort doesn't matter as long as I listen from the beginning lmao I usually fall asleep before it gets spicy😅 I just feel so fluffy/cuddly when listening to their voices that I fall asleep happily✨
