- β¨ Important Reminder: For those of you who donβt know, I will be taking a month off starting in February, so you will not be charged for that month! So basically, you will be able to stay a patron without payment and continue to enjoy all the rewards Iβve posted π€ I will still post exclusive WIPs, sketches, and maybe even some step-by-steps, but Iβll be taking a break from the usual rewards. The reason Iβm taking a little break is because Iβm having a baby! π My husband and I are super excited for this new chapter in our lives π₯³ I made an announcement post about it so if youβd like to know more, just look for the post with a doodle of baby yoda π
Okay, now time to talk about this watercolor sketch! Itβs been so cold outside lately and Iβve been craving springtime, so I decided to paint something with a bright and fluffy spring aesthetic π I recorded a time lapse of this paintingβs process which I will be posting on TikTok later today! This is so sweet and such an encouraging thing to see! π My boy was born January 28th so he was so close to being a February baby too! βΊοΈ I totally empathize with those feelings of struggling to find time to balance drawing, work, and being a mom. Itβs such a challenge, but I feel like itβs slowly getting easier as he gets older and that encourages me! π₯° itβs such a beautiful journey π

Even at the exact same age. I had my son in early February 2020. Totally love seeing a mom rocking it all. I still struggle often with free time/drawing and being a mom. But at the same time it is also the most beautiful thing in life β¨
