(The reason is that he can't leave Ryudou Temple, so whenever they want to put him in a scene that takes place somewhere else, they replace him with a cardboard stand-in)

HA is the sort-of sequel to Stay Night. โSort ofโ since HA is set months after Stay Night but doesnโt follow any one specific route, it treats all three routes as having happened, along with some other shit. So, all of the Servants are still around and alive after the grail war. And the vibe is chill SoL most of the time.
