Turns out what Fingon's hair needed was a spot of violet with Raw Sienna, and plenty of water. Maedhros' hair is Quinacridone Rust - a colour I actually bought because of him, ha.
The green is hard to see here; I hope my scanner does a better job of picking it up than my camera. I like how the colours here echo exactly the "Song of Valinor" colours. (Even though I hardly used any of the ones I did in that one).
