I hope the first week of the new year has been good for everyone. I had my post-operation appointment 2 days ago and am relieved that the surgery was successful in removing all the pre-cancerous cells in my cervix! ๐ Whew.
Iโm at my parents house in San Diego right now spending a few days here, and putting together this monthโs snail mail to mail out today! I just wanted to quickly explain what the little patch that smells delicious (in my humble opinion) is ๐๐.
Itโs an aromatherapy patch I discovered that you can wear inside of your mask so itโs not so stuffy- and I love the blend of eucalyptus, lavender and peppermint oils that itโs made from. Simply take it off the backing and stick it to the inside of your mask ๐ท and tadaaaa fresh aromatherapeutic air ๐ฅธ๐๐
