If you don't have dataverse you can simply import the canvas app package "Vid xxx Canvas App Only.zip" on the "Apps" screen in PowerApps. If you have dataverse as well as solution import privileges you can import the "Full Solution_......" on the "Solutions" screen in PowerApps.

Hi Michael Please make sure you actually have solution import privileges on your environment, if you don't you can also simply import the app package alone (the files end with "Canvas App Only"). For those one import it as a package on the apps page
