I answered below, not sure what the protocol is, but I had a very smooth clinic experience this time with only a problem with too many gabby sims congregating and blocking the patient and doctor's pathways. Also, I'm not seeing any other patients going through steps that my sim is going through. Maybe this in normal, not sure.

My sim is sick with a fever. She went to the clinic she got everything done but the treadmill test she stands there and the doctor or nurse are not in the treadmill room. :(

@sim realist I’ve made sure all of those things were done. I had an appointment but I cheated to schedule immediately because I wasn’t getting any notifications about the appointment. Then when I did (i also used the check to start check up immediately)that I got the check-in goal at the top left corner but when I go to the kiosk it doesn’t show any interactions.

I had to take this version out and install the older version, because everyone is always sick. Is there a way to tone this down?

In my game everyone is sick 24/7, I've actually had to remove the mod because it was too much. I miss it though! I wish there was a tuning option where you could choose a percentage of how likely it is that your families and townies would get sick.

Yeah I tried to replace them both kiosks , re-downloaded it (the mod), turned off autonomy, checked the installation and everything

Remember that our sicknesses do take a good while for Sims to fully recover. Medicine just alleviates symptoms for a short period.

i am new to the mod and your patreon, so forgive me if this is already a feature. are there fatal illnesses, where the surgery did not work or treatment failed? if not, any thought of adding?

Bless, bring back the rabbit hole. I love going with my sims to the hospital but when the whole family is sick and you need someone to watch the kids, you wish for a rabbit hole.

Oh, I forgot about surgeries! It would be great to have some serious illnesses which could be cured only via surgery. It could cause additional huge payments, additional remedies for the after-surgery period, an opportunity to take a medical credit (with SNB), an opportunity to decline from surgery with further health problems due to cure absence. Realism. :)

I would love sims being able to discover their pregnancy during check ups and also, go in for pregnancy related checks.

It would be nice to have some pregnant-oriented gameplay features. For example, regular mother's and baby's health checks (just smth easy without too detailed animations :)), ultrasound (I know that there are already mods for that, but I dream to have all health stuff in one mod). Another great option would be an opportunity to call a doctor to sims home. And it would be nice if sick absence were an option, instead of smth mandatory and unavoidable. For example, a pop-up window where a kid is asking their parent permission to stay at home, or a pop-up window where the game is asking a player smth like 'This sim is sick. Should he/she get sick leave?'. For kids - it's because sometimes the game forces them to stay even without any negative moodlets (if everything is fine, it's impossible to guess that there is some illness, isn't it?). For parents - for a roleplaying, f.e. if bosses of that sim are not allowing sick leaves without official doctor's diagnosis, or sim doesn't want to skip work too often to avoid firing etc.

More at home options for the general health as well, a smaller versoin for the blood pressure or a scale. Smaller injuries (like the buffs from snowy escape or the injuries from discover university to also go and see the doctor and that the sim would get like the cast wrapping on, which prevents them from doing excersise(? Always forget how to spell it😅)

I would love for health insurance based on sims employment, income and family situations like single parents and such. Also an option to buy medicine on my sims computer would be great. Maybe there could be classes for my sims like a health class, weight management class.
