This is a Cyberpunk inspired Monowire. The model is 810 Polygones and is made with 1 material using PoiyomiToon7.3.050.
Drag&Drop the Monowire prefab on your avatar, press "Install Monowire", then feel free to reposition the wire or model on your avatar. You can install 2 independent monowires, one on each arm.
The script handles Expression menu and paremeters as well ...

A small gift for this winter :D
It's a 9793 tris model with 4 materials (1 for the model, 2 for snow particles and 1 for the trail).
The package contains a test scene with a Kyle robot and two spring joints, an FX controller and an Expression Menu.
There is also a README.txt file with a step by step setup for the model and the FX, but you'll find a lot of videos on YouTub...
