Please use as a precaution low quality steps, unlike me that went for 15, you can try stuff with just 1, get a feeling to it.
This is rather heavily dependent on your pc specs, so just to be sure ALWAYS SAVE your Blender file when trying the cloth sim, things CAN and WILL go WRONG.
Made a basic tutorial on how to make your very first mod, if you're brave enough to take up on this journey, everything you need is provided in the video.
Although I do wanna point out here aswell that you might need some knowledge with blender aswell, the total duration of the tutorial did not change a bit in remaking it, that is due to me trying to explain each step I take and why, so bear with me.

X.15 contains a slightly changed maintexture, it is very barely noticeable.
This item relies heavily on feet/leg scales as it might morph the rubber wheels into something other than perfectly donut shaped.
One particular feature is that it is not weighted to the toes, so do your best to hide them!
